at home is another great way to go further with your food choices because in your home kitchen, YOU control the quality, portions and ingredients that make up a healthy
meal plan.
I ended up making up a
meal plan on the fly when I was
at the grocery store today between church and running to dinner with family!

at One Dish Kitchen, we have created several single serving

I try to

I am in utter awe of the bloggers that rock the whole

at a time, but it's just not for me.
I could be meeting with young athletes in my office, speaking to a sports team, working
at lunch
at the Cowboys, writing menus / blogs / articles, doing media, teaching, writing
meal plans, etc..
I am always a guest
at someone's house for the big Thanksgiving
meal, so I don't get to do much
planning.

We've all been through some sort of
