There is a step missing in the meringue

recipe - I'm assuming you grind the freeze dried strawberries in a food processor, reserve 1/4 cup, and combine the rest with the almond flour, which becomes the almond mixture you add
at the end of the first step.

Heidi, this was the

at the beginning of the book or in a
section that's included in the kindle sample, that «if you're allergic to nuts this book unfortunately just isn't for you».
