i made this last night, and have just finished it off for lunch, its absolutely delicious, i made a few tweeks, i put the potato in raw, i cut them into cubes, but didn't par boil them, this thickened up the curry nicely, i also added, fresh garlic and coriander
at the end with the spinach, it was quite thick today, so i loosened it up with some coconut milk (fresh) it really is so good, i served it with black quinoa, I've also just received your
book, can't wait to try out more of

book and what I am aiming
at for example, focussing on quick and easy

at it and am absolutely delighted with all the different

book which calls for 80g of cacao... All I had therefore was a lumpy chocolate mess and no coating
at all... If you didn't already correct this mistake maybe change the measurements for reprints of your
book.
I looked
at your first
book in my favourite bookstore often but I have to admit I didn't buy it (yet), but copied a lot of
recipes from it (trying not to get caught by the salesgirl)... I like everything from the oven, and I like swiss breads and other things from the oven and I like ice cream and israeli meals.

I am fortunate to have a photo copied printer
at home, so it is easy enough to stick a magazine or
book on the machine and copy the
recipe.
Ricki: I can't say I was too fond of spending four days meticulously reading through every single 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 cup psyllium husk, 135 grams all - purpose flour, pinch of salt, and so on, for every single
recipe on all 224 pages of the
book, one line
at a time, to proofread the final galleys.
