I tend to load up on seasonal
stuffed squash and
sweet potatoes all Fall and Winter long, then dive right into bell pepperdom
at first sign of Spring.
These uniquely shaped, golden - hued gems have been available
at my local farmer's market, and in my mind seemed to be the perfect candidate to saute and
stuff into a baked
sweet potato.
At Thanksgiving, I've alway been the person who skips the turkey,
stuffing and other classic dishes to dig right into the
sweet potato casserole.
And
at Christmas time I have even
stuffed them with
sweet mincemeat and they were delicious!
Honestly I can go a day with all
sweet foods and not miss the savory
stuff at all
Starting
at the top — Veggie Heaven's tofu «turkey»,
sweet potatoes,
stuffing, Brussels sprouts, a Veggie Heaven «drumstick» and a
sweet potato biscuit.
Well actually, to be honest I made this
sweet stuff on DIWALI too, and everyone
at home just LOVED these pockets of goodies!
Zucchini bread is equally
at home as dessert and as breakfast, being not too
sweet and chock - full of heathy
stuff.
Since I'm not a fan of sugar I think I may have omitted it if I was aiming to make a bready snack bar like that (it wasn't too
sweet like the
stuff at stores)... Pretty good place to start to adjust for different flavors.
For serving, first crack puri,
stuff puri with potato filling, add few tablespoon of
sweet pani as per your taste and
at last, add teekha pani.You have to serve panipuri immediately after
stuffing otherwise your puri becomes soggy.

Because, you see, the path between the probably acceptable, vaguely grainy but borderline good - enough hummus you probably have been making and the
stuff that I dream about sweeping cold,
sweet carrots sticks through — the January version of fresh strawberries and whipped cream — has only one extra stop but most of you will argue that it's
at Cuckoo Farm: you see, you must peel the chickpeas.
And it's perfectly
sweet, too — I can't usually make
stuff like this because as good as it looks, it's too
sweet and bready (we don't use processed sugar
at all).
Due to the large immigrant population, some ethnic grocery stores sell 2 - liter bottles of kvass, but it is not the same as the
stuff sold
at street stands that I remember (that tasted more like something between beer and hard cider, and the bottled

With my summer tomato bounty I make everything from fresh tomato pasta sauces, roasted tomatoes that are as

stuffed tomatoes with savory fillings, and I also make soups I can serve
at room temperature such as this easy, great summer recipe.
Its just every time I buy the
stuff, even
at the cute little shops with all the neat flavours its just way, waaay too
sweet and then they all just end up tasting the same to me.

In fact, our family tradition is to eat turkey
at Christmas dinner, complete with mashed potatoes,
stuffing, green beans,
sweet potatoes and...
At breakfast I tend to crave more of the
sweet stuff (think smoothie bowls, banana pancakes, peanut butter toast) so by lunch I can totally get down with an omelette OR this pretty gem no problem.
I've never been a big fan of the
stuffing my family makes
at Thanksgiving, but maybe the problem is that I've never had a
sweet version!
And while cheesecake is usually
stuffed with refined sugars, it's pretty easy to make your own delicately
sweet, sugar - free * version
at home.
Coming
at the end of the meal, the dish reprises the flavor of the
stuffed dates because each bite packs enormous punch as the
sweet, savory, and acidic flavors come rushing forward.
As you may recall reading, I was a glutton this past weekend and
stuffed myself full of more than 70 different types of savory and
sweet pies
at Pie Party Potluck LIVE!
So we made them - they were just as you would expect from looking
at the pictures - SO GOOD... Kind of like a chewy crunchy brownie
stuffed with
sweet peanut butter - perfect with a glass of cold soy milk!
I'm lazy so i wrapped the
stuffed sweet potato in foil, and reheated the whole thing in a crap microwave
at my office.
These 26 recipes get the

at least a day in advance, so you can save your strength on turkey day.
Before I know it, Thanksgiving arrives with
stuffing,
sweet potato casseroles, and
at least two kinds of pies.

I found some beautiful mushrooms
at Costco recently that were the perfect size for
stuffing, so I made them with a delicious
sweet Italian sausage and veggie
stuffing.
Look
at you dog's tongue, dogs don't often drink soda or beer or eat donuts or chocolate, their breath is
sweet smelling and they have minimal bloating and if they do have gas it's because you fed them the wrong
stuff!
Because of that, I was eating healthily / clean but not tracking my macros so would find that although I was good during the week, I really struggled on the weekends when I was
at home and the treats and
sweet stuff slowly started creeping back in.
If you find yourself challenged by sugar cravings, it's time to take a deeper look
at your relationship with the
sweet stuff.
If you find yourself craving the
sweet stuff, just go for a small piece of dark chocolate (70 % or more cacao), and you'll
at least be getting some extra antioxidants with your sugar!
Look
at your diet, a big part of losing weight is looking
at what you eat and cutting out a lot of the bad
stuff, foods and drinks that are high in fat and sugar, such as biscuits, cakes,
sweets, chocolates, fizzy drinks these are very high in fat and sugar and are the main things that cause us to eat more calories than we need.
It will control your blood sugar levels to stop you craving
sweet stuff later on, it'll help you to focus
at work or school and it will help you to make healthier choices for the rest of the day.
All those calories add up, especially the
sweet stuff, and if you're taking a bite from here and there, pretty soon you'll be looking
at a big increase in calories for that meal... and one that's often discounted because it wasn't on your plate — but it still adds up!
Save some of your sugar allowance for the pumpkin pie (and apple... and pecan) by making your own cranberry sauce
at home — that way you can control how much of the
sweet stuff goes into it.
The
sweet people
at Zaful sent me some
stuff that I was really doting on for a long time.
I guess the sticky
stuff is necessary to bind the ingredients, however... Would there be a suitable alternative to make these not taste very
sweet at all?
All I can think about is yummy
stuffing,
sweet potatoes with marshmallows, and good ole» southern coleslaw (yes, we serve coleslaw
at our Thanksgiving).
