Competition Bureau could lose

tribunal and still decide that there was something else that they want to address.

at one time went out the door when they told the membership they were going to a
tribunal with the
Competition Bureau and within days they came back and told the membership they had appeased the
Competition Bureau in the name of all the bad press the real estate industry was recieving
at the time and the fact they couldn't afford the cost to take them on, a bit of simple math would have solved that problem!!!
