Everybody needs extra cash from time to time and it's important to be smart when looking
at your funding choices.
Not exact matches
Instead of haphazardly throwing money
at a mutual
fund or stock — a
choice you may regret later — consider keeping your money in cash while you figure out where it's best invested.
The
choices are that much starker
at large international oil giants like Chevron that rely heavily on their massive budgets to
fund exploration projects crucial to finding new energy sources.

While school
choice does have a history in rural states — since 1869, Vermont has allowed parents to select a nearby school for their student to attend
at the expense of their own town through a «tuitioning» program — few states have encouraged the direct creation of rural, publicly
funded schools of
choice.
