buckwheat greens that contains fagopyrin (a naturally occurring substance in the
buckwheat plant), the
buckwheat groats contain only trace quantities of fagopyrin and are safe to
eat.
For this pudding, I soaked the
buckwheat groats over night (I don't recommend
eating them raw) and then blended it with a few yummy ingredients to make the pudding.

buckwheat, which I have enjoyed in the past, but I usually
eat the
groats raw (soaked, then blended into a pudding like this).
She likes the earthy crunch of
buckwheat groats as a substitute for oats in granola, and she even
eats them raw, as a snack!
over my first year of being gluten - free and can't believe now that I never used to
eat it, and how many people probably will probably never try
buckwheat groats because they don't «have» to.

buckwheat groats, farm fresh grass fed beef, turkey and chicken that is not fed soy, homemade unpasturized strained goat milk yogurt, unpasteurized goat milk butter, salt, and red or green leaf lettuce juice.
