So nowadays Bengali people also
eat poha, sabudana khichdi, milk & corn flakes,
idli etc as a breakfast food.
This tangy and spicy, rich and earthy, quick and easy, and so beautifully ochre, onion tomato chutney moonlights as a gravy and sauce as well, and makes for a great accompaniment for dosas,
idlis, appams, rice, pasta and chips or you could
eat dollops of it just as it is.
