Well for me that wasn't the dilemma, I didn't really like
eating out for
lunch.
Now I have to battle finding something he'll
eat for
lunch with something that won't gross
out other 7 - year olds.
BUT in MY defense, he
eats out for
lunch every day.
I love those days when I'm digging like a ferret for some kind of food to
eat for
lunch and something so wonderful comes
out of it.

Lately we've been
eating several salads for
lunch and / or dinners — not ones that are just lettuce on a plate with a bit of dressing, but with every vegetable we can find — often good for those «clean
out your fridge» meals.
Eat a short stack for breakfast, enjoy them for
lunch, or make a dinner
out a manhole - sized pancake... guilt free... because you're merely celebrating their existence.
Oftentimes, I rationalize my over-consumption of dessert by pointing
out that my breakfasts,
lunches, and dinners are generally pretty healthy (except when I'm
eating pizza, New York City bagels, and burritos the size of my head).
It seams to work
out best for me when I take this after a couple of hours after
eating a big
lunch which is usually my biggest meal.
If you are making this ahead for
lunch for work, you can leave the lemon juice and olive oil
out, and pack it on the side, then just add it when you're ready to
eat.
I don't
eat out, so
lunch is constantly being prepped and honestly doing some of the work the night before or even over the weekend makes that so much easier!
