Our family loves Puffed
Rice and have been
eating it for years not only as a cereal but as an evening
snack.
From that selection of vegetables I can make stir - fry, soup, sautee veggies to have with pasta or
rice or chop them up to
eat raw as a
snack, in a salad or in wraps with hummus.
