Its all nice and fun to pretend that perhaps a meteor strike caused life to begin but you still fail to tell me who created that meteor, who created everything that was needed for life to exist... really... that had to of been a start to it all somewhere and I would love to see an

Most
atheists do not make any absolute
claims about the existence of deities.
So the burden on proof is not the
atheist to Disprove your
claim, the burden of proof is on the person
claiming there is a god to demonstrate its validity... unfortunately this has not ever been
done, so
atheists reject the
claim and reserve judgement and belief till evidence surfaces.
AE Problem is, a great many
atheists don't really
claim to know for certain that there are no gods anywhere, only that all the
claims of gods so far fail to prove that any actually
do exist.
First, at no point
did I
claim that «any»
atheist who commits evil
does so «because» of their atheism.
The reason a politician's «religion» matters (and it
does even if you are an
atheist voter), is because so many religious people
