Good governance requires benchers to make well - reasoned decisions (
read: without emotional
attachment to nostalgic memories) based on research and data presented to them
by staff or LSUC committees, «in a timely manner» (query whether this was achieved in the
articling debacle) and in a manner that is in «the public interest».
