Ultimately, to live a life with less stress and less pain, we must live a life with
less attachment to the outcomes, interactions and experiences that we desire.
We are emotional creatures and for the subconscious to truly buy into a goal — to truly want it — you have to create an
emotional attachment to the outcome of the course — within the first six seconds of the screen populating!

my attachment to the outcome (another issue I have been truly the most gifted at!)
There should be no pressure and
no attachments to outcomes.
Let go of
your attachment to the outcome.
Just stick as closely to your healthy habits as possible without
any attachment to outcomes.
On and off the mat, do your practice with compassion for your limitations and gratitude for your gifts; let go of
any attachment to the outcome; and uphold the collective with your actions and conduct.
Look at these situations like a 3rd - party anthropologist with
no attachment to the outcome.
