at an equally respectable 7 hours and 22 minutes.
Screen
brightness came in
at 302 nits, which is
average for laptops with IPS screens.
However, many thought that the speaker quality is
average, while others found that the screen can be too dim or too bright, suggesting that the adaptive
brightness was problematic
at times.
Gamma was spot - on
at 2.2, which is a positive, and
brightness was 298 nits, which is an
average score.
For indoor use, it will be just great, with
average usage

average picture levels, Samsung's newest mobile panels are also unfazed by shifting viewing angles, with their
brightness dropping by only 29 - percent
at 30 degrees, whereas the contents of most other small displays in the industry become virtually unintelligible
at such angles.
At 411 nits, the X5's peak
brightness falls short of the smartphone
average (433 nits).
