in particular the strong On - balance Volume line, and the current tight bunching of the price and moving
averages create the potential for a big move soon.
A clean comparison relies on either being able to isolate just one reasonably known forcing, or having enough data to be able to
average over many examples and thus isolate the
patterns associated solely with that forcing, even though

average surface movement of air towards the poles or towards the equator should reveal whether there is an overall global warming or cooling trend at any
