Historically,
when the stock market has deteriorated internally following a recent period of overvalued, overbought, overbullish conditions, we know that market
outcomes have been negative on
average.
As I noted last week, the
average historical
outcome of similar combinations has been negative, largely because the deterioration in economic pressures tends to trump technical action even
when it has been more favorable than it is at present.
Shouldn't we only expect above
average outcomes, especially
when there are also below
average ones where people die tragically during routine procedures, or as a result of freak accidents?
The study, Developing an Interventional Stroke Service: Improving Clinical
Outcomes and Reducing Cost and Delivering Great Cost Savings Benefits to Health Economy, conducted at the University Hospital of North Midlands, Stoke - on - Trent, U.K., found that mechanical thrombectomy (the use of a device to retrieve a clot from the vessel) in the treatment of stroke reduced the
