I feel nostalgic

The

for those super hot
days, and I'm excited to share my vegan allergy - friendly pizza crust with you today.
But it was only

i would make this today, but my problem (see gabriela, above) is: where do i get
avocados that don't need to sit on the counter

days before i can dig into them?
I mash my chick peas and
avocado basically every
day during the week
for lunch.
This love - loaded
avocado toast would be perfect
for Valentine's
day breakfast or an anniversary breakfast!
That said, it was ready the next
day — things often sit out longer at bodegas, so at least
for avocados, it's perfect.

I'm vegan and eat hippie bowls every
day, but good lord
for the love of
avocados, I would give up Earth Balance
for a week
for some of that homemade wheat bread on the 22nd.
Finally, you pour the boiling into the quart jar, over the
avocados, let the brine cool, then put a lid on them and stick them into the refrigerator to marinate

I subbed hard boiled eggs

day and it came out great.
I have started eating Ezekiel bread every so often (okay, sometimes every

It's still a hot soup, but
