the avocado cream in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth
Then I put
the avocado cream in a baggie with the corner cut off and pipped the cream over the fajita boats for a little decoration, in addition to some shredded cheese and a sprig of cilantro (or parsley, if you're not a fan of cilantro, like me!)
I put
the avocado cream in a condiment bottle to squirt out.
The best way to do this is to first put a layer of
avocado cream in a strip on the very left hand side, then top it with a sprinkling of quinoa and veggies.
