avocado, almond milk, 3 Brazil nuts, frozen
mango, handful of kale or spinach, juice from one lemon, 1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 T coconut oil, and maybe some cinnamon or other spices.

smoothie provides great benefits as well as a satisfied belly.
And so I began experimenting, first with the obvious
smoothie addition — a banana, then blueberries and less banana,
mangoes and pineapple, even
avocado.
In a
mango avocado smoothie, the
avocado will hide behind the
mango, whereas in a spinach
avocado smoothie it's notes and flavours will be very obvious.
It has layers of oats and chia, Skyr yogurt and a green
smoothie made with
mango,
avocado, banana, spinach, flax and almond milk.
Rachael's Tropical Green
Smoothie Avocado,
mango, and banana get blended together for the most smooth of
smoothies in this tropical creation.
This one, made from
mango, banana,
avocado, and lime would work really well as a frozen
smoothie bowl in the summertime, but until the glorious sunshine returns it's just as nice as a regular
smoothie!
