Toss
avocado pieces into a spinach salad with salmon, tuna, or egg for even more vitamin K along with vitamin D, another nutrient that's essential for bone health.
Arrange the greens between two bowls, then evenly distribute the vegetable mixture and
avocado pieces on top.
By then, you'll notice that the once -
firm avocado pieces have softened to take on a more tender texture and have soaked up just enough tangy brine to make them quite flavorful.
Cats may be attracted to the oily texture, but should not be

the avocado pieces and onion slices to the grill for about 2 minutes, or until grill markings appear.
Gently stir in
avocado pieces and olives.
To assemble bowl add lettuce and top with butternut squash, chopped chicken and
avocado pieces.
Pour over
these avocado pieces.
Then using a fork or potato masher, mash these beans along with the bananas and
avocado pieces.
Dice or mandolin the carrots and cut
the avocado pieces into wedges, adding them to bowl.
