A typical full day of eating
for me looks like:
Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal of the day): 4 - 5 ounces of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo), roasted veggies and sometimes a sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond butter or a handful of macadamia nuts Dinner: A large
salad with all kinds of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower),
avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit of protein with it.

Yesterday I had a smoothie plus soy yogurt topped by various nuts and seeds
for breakfast, a random «lunch» in the car (Trader Joe's Just Mango slices and chocolate - covered sunflower seeds) and carrot soup plus a

avocado for dinner.
It is 8:30 in the morning and I want to eat this
for breakfast But in all seriousness, you KNOW this is a recipe that is totally right up my alley... I love my chickpea

for breakfast, 2 eggs, with spinach, Colby cheese and bacon on the side 0carbs, then

salad with salmon which gave me 3 carbs, then dinner a lean small hamburger with half
avocado which total all day I only had 6 carbs, 92 protein and 64 fat I am missing carbs and don't know how to add them to my diet.
I love

for some reason it didn't click that this

«Cause I know like I'm following a low - carb high - fat diet and on days when I have like a BulletProof coffee
for breakfast and then
avocado salad for lunch, it, like alarms are going off and it's like oh my God you're killing yourself.

for both categories): BEANS — they are the super food of my life and a can / 2 cups of it can fill you up
for hours without feeling sluggish; fish
for breakfast is extremely satisfying too — like smoked salmon or salted cod with a boiled potato or plantain; pizza — nuff said; boiled eggs in a
salad or boiled eggs with potato,
avocado and homemade dressing (tahini, evoo, lemon juice, water, salt and pep); SMOOTHIES with chia seeds or nut butters
As I mentioned above my favorite
breakfast is a small
salad of spinach or other greens with several teaspoons of sunflower seeds
for protein, 1/2 or 1 whole
avocado and 1 - 2 tablespoons of EVOO
for healthy fat, and a bit of Himalayan salt
for flavor and minerals.
