For the
salad - 3/4 cup quinoa 1 mango, cut into 1/2 in cubes 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro 1 large
avocado, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (note, don't cut
avocado until right before use) 1 bunch kale (can sub other greens
if you prefer), big stems discarded and thinly sliced 1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds
If salads aren't your thing use a potato masher to squash the chickpeas down a little bit and just spread between two slices of bread for a quick lunch of
avocado chickpea sandwiches.

If you can time it right, getting them in - between by testing they are just soft when pressed with a finger — like you would with an
avocado, I can imagine that they would be perfect diced up with a spicy Asian
salad and grilled fish or chicken.

I like chunks of cheese in the dressing but

If you want your
salad even healthier you can omit the chopped
avocado since there's already
avocado in the dressing.
I toss these on top of some wilted greens, risotto, slices of
avocado, or (
if it's a Sunday) buttered toast — Your carrot / harissa
salad, with feta and mint, or some variation of shredded veggies and this same general dressing (broccoli stems, cabbage, etc)-- Lots of
salads with lemon / garlic / olive oil vinaigrette, feta, almonds or nuts.
I like to layer my wraps, but
if desired, you can combine the buffalo chicken,
avocado mixture and carrots / broccoli into a «chicken
salad» and then fill tortillas, pitas, bread or whatever you're using.
Of course
if you didn't have the foresight to soak your beans overnight you can also make this chickpea
avocado salad with canned chickpeas — a bit more expensive than dried but still a cheap ingredient.

avocado and dressing.
If you want to serve the
salad in an
avocado, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
I have been on an
avocado kick lately and never think to use it as the base

A typical full day of eating for me looks like: Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal of the day): 4 - 5 ounces of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo), roasted veggies and sometimes a sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond butter or a handful of macadamia nuts Dinner: A large
salad with all kinds of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower),
avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal,
if i do that though I would add a bit of protein with it.

avocado, black beans, corn, red bell peppers, cheese, etc..

Hi Jolly, Here are some suggestions for substitutions for those ingredients... chickpeas: any other bean you like / can eat cherries: blueberries or strawberries
avocados: this is the toughest one, but you can try subbing cashew cream (soaked cashews blended with water) for the
avocado in the
salad dressing and pudding cauliflower: Brussels sprouts or broccoli apple: pear, orange, or pineapple sunflower seeds: almonds or any other nut (this would make the cleanse no longer nut - free, but
if you know you have no sensitivity to nuts, it's no big deal) Hope that helps!
