Today I prepared a basic mango
avocado salsa which also contains red onion, bell pepper, cilantro and lime.

One day last week, I headed to the grocer's, picked up a very ripe and pretty mango, a large red onion, a bright red tomato and a couple of
avocados for this mango
avocado salsa (
which means sauce in Spanish), and started peeling, cutting, dicing,
which took a little bit more time than was expected (but I suspect it's because I require more practice).
Juicy bits of orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime form the base of this vibrant
salsa; green - olive tapenade and sliced red onion add extra zestiness,
which makes this
salsa so good on everything from fish to
avocado.
The crowning jewel of the dish is the California
Avocado Pineapple
Salsa,
which combines seven ingredients from the produce department (California
Avocados, pineapple, jicama, red onion, jalapeño, lime and cilantro) with seasonings, vinegar and a splash of tequila.
We got the Sinister — a pizza with refried beans,
avocado, onion,
salsa, jalapenos, capsicum and optional vegan cheese (
which we went for).
This alternative to fried French fries combines the goodness of
avocados with Bolthouse Farms ®
Salsa Ranch dressing
which combines the creamy goodness of traditonal ranch with the jalapeno zing we love.
This past year I've especially enjoyed making my own enchilada sauce,
salsa, cilantro - lime dressing,
avocado cilantro sauce, and taco seasoning - all of
which I highly recommend trying.
What also comes with my vacation is a lot of relaxation,

Salsa takes less than 30 minutes to put together and can be done ahead of time with only 3 minutes (yes, 3 minutes!!!)
The smokiness of the cheese really gave the nachos a nice depth,
which was a great canvas for the zing of the
avocado verde
salsa to burst through.
Highlights include a Sonoma pizzeta,
which incorporates roasted peaches, goat cheese, speck and saba; a Granchio bruschetta
which features crab, jalapeño pesto,
avocado, grapefruit and mint; a Tuscan White Bean & Rosemary dip made from Castelvetrano olives topped with
salsa verde and served with warm flatbread; and Artichoke Fonduta made from goat cheese, lemon, basil and crispy bread.

salsa; and the Sweet, made with mini pancakes, assorted berries, granola, maple syrup, mint leaves and lemon ricotta.
