You should limit conventional meat and dairy and
avoid animal fat as much as possible.
Avoid animal fats as they are very hard to digest, acidic, and can lead to premature skin aging.
This doesn't mean that you'll be
avoiding animal fats for the duration of the diet!
So I would recommend
avoiding all animal fats which are unhealthy and contain many harmful chemicals.
Avoid certain oils and when using oil, do so in moderation, and always
avoid animal fats.
If you have diabetes, cancer or candida you shouldn't eat high sugar fruit or starches and best
avoid animal fats.
Although many popular books advise us to
