Like I said in the recipe, I
avoid store - bought
sauces in general because they are too
sweet.
I recommend to the Gunners to stop taking or minimize the intake of sugar and
sweet things like biscuits, wines,
sweets, cornflakes, custards, too much maggi
sauce or cubes, constant intake of wheat based food, bear and regular intake of milk should be
avoided.
Stick to
sweet potatoes, regular baked potatoes, rice, beans - and try to
avoid the added sugars that often come laden in the toppings or
sauces.
If you love burgers, for example, you can create a healthier meal by swapping beef mince for turkey,
avoiding the sugar - laden
sauces and using fresh salad for garnish and replacing fries with baked
sweet potato wedges.
Avoid white and red potatoes, tomato (including any tomato products like tomato juice,
sauce or paste), capsicum,
sweet or hot peppers (like chili), and tobacco.
