avoiding items on the list such as bike helmets are just common sense.

But if that's your way of
avoiding the toughest, most dreaded
item on your
list, it's really just procrastination.
If you find an
item low, put it
on your grocery
list to
avoid those tedious moments of absent ingredients.
Artificial food dyes are just one
item on an ever - growing
list of reasons to
avoid processed foods.
When you see a high FODMAP ingredient
on a nutritional facts label, and it's in the middle or near the end of the
list, do you
avoid that particular
item of food completely?
A
list will encourage you to be more selective in your purchases and
avoid picking up unnecessary
items just because you can save a couple cents
on them.

Personally, I prefer to
avoid palm oil whenever I see it
listed on an
item, since it's difficult to find deforestation - free - certified products where I live and I prioritize local ingredients over tropical imports whenever possible.

Every single
item on this
list could be
avoided if the applicant is paying attention to detail.
While some
items on this
list seem good, they are unhealthy when taken to excess, especially when used to
avoid being intimately connected to your spouse.
During that period I always left one
item on my
listings that had to be negotiated and could never be met exactly to
avoid this situation.
