The Founding Fathers only said in the U.S. Constitution about presidential elections (only after debating among 30

What less likely to happen, though, is that the Academy will reflect SAG over the PGA

Lion is a wonderfully inspiring movie with a good cast and is already appearing on voters
ballots for awards.
As of Monday, Oscar
ballots have been sent out, online voting (
for the first time ever) is underway, and the endgame of the 2012
awards season approaches.

Awards will be due
for the entire membership.

The 26 film critics and voting members of the Chicago Independent Film Critics Circle completed their final
