It scarcely sounds like the quasi-populist sort of exercise I've been seeking — namely, the kind of thing that invites participation from the legally aware lay public.
The laypublic is well aware of the scientific view that man is largely responsible for the changes to our climate which we are seeing now and which will become more apparent over the rest of this century.
