I spent the majority of my University gym membership slaving
away on the cross trainer, stationary bikes, treadmill and rowing
machine After 30 - 45 minutes
cardio I'd move onto weights, but I mean those weighted
machines and «baby» dumbbells.
I hit the gym for about two months straight doing about an 40 mins of
cardio and 30 minutes of the work out
machines, I gain 12 lbs in that two months and it seemed I was just building muscle
on top of my fat, The fat just wouldnt go
away, I know I have trouble eating most of the time I just cant seem to feed myself at the right times and now my weight has just got out of hand!
