I have tried lots of different
back and biceps
workout programs but this one is gives me
awesome results all year round and i'm sure it will do the same for you as longs you you follow the three D's to get you there.
If you feel well enough to do two
workouts over the weekend,
AWESOME, but you don't want to kill your sport - specific training when the week starts
back up either.
I got a little over zealous in a
