babaganoush does not contain sesame, which is a bit untraditional but good with our family, since my father is severely allergic to sesame and I tend to stay away from it out of habit.

After having plenty of it in Turkey (where they grill the eggplant and then leave it really chunky so you can eat it with a fork if you want; they don't call it
babaganoush but it basically is) I am completely obsessed.

do very tasty pita wraps and I fell in love with the
babaganoush and hummus.
