I went to the farmers market
with this meal in mind and came home
with more ingredients than I could possibly use in one meal — cucumbers, radishes,
baby turnips, spring onions, sunflower sprouts, carrots,
cabbage and a big bunch of fresh cilantro.
I used a mixture of organic
baby spinach
with Eat Smart Salad (contains: carrots, red
cabbage, kale, beet greens, broccoli stalks) and added mandarine.
Set out 4 containers (or bowls, if serving as a meal) and starting
with the fresh vegetables, layer
with 1/2 a cup of
baby spinach, a handful of carrots, red
cabbage.

Perfect for holding up in your grain and legume stuffings, broccoli rabe is this sturdy vegetable that may remind you of broccoli
with its
baby florets, however it is closer to a
cabbage, and you can tell when you bite into the crunchy leaves!

cabbage and lettuce (about couple tbs) 5 - Lots of chicken broth soup 6 -
Baby probiotics 7 - Hyland's C Plus Cold Tablets 8 - Bioplazma Cell salts combination (recommendation of a homeopath friend) 9 - If there is a cough I usually mix couple drops of Oil of Oregano
with olive oil, rub it on her feet and chest.
