In the past, I often made
stir - fried egg - noodles with sugarsnap peas and
baby corn cobs.
Add the
baby corn and scallions and
stir - fry over medium - high heat for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are all just tender - crisp, adding just enough liquid from the
baby corn to keep the bottom of the pan moist.
For a complete meal, serve with sticky or long - grain white rice and a steamed or
stir - fried medley of bell peppers, carrots, snow pears, sliced
baby corn and water chestnuts.
In addition to providing a pleasant crunch,
baby corn is a great way to make your vegetable
stir fry more filling, but it doesn't have the same nutritional value for rabbits.
