days and add lime juice to encourage sprouting, is this still the best way to cook beans?
I made it last weekend as a cold pasta salad, and it was AWESOME the
day I made it, but the next
day it was a bone -
dry addition to my
baby kale salad.
I made 3 quarts, and let it sit for 3
days, and then added flavoring: 1 was 1/3 c wild frozen blueberries, and maybe 1 T of elderberries (
dried, from the herbs section of my natural food store), 1 was 1/3 c pummelo, about 1/4
