It doesn't have to be complicated, toss some organic baby spinach or mixed
baby greens on there but always strive for half veggies!
Serve with a side dish of cooked rice or quinoa, brown rice pasta tossed in pesto, or creamy mashed potatoes, and crisp
baby greens on the side.

Instead of using a cheaper film
on its packages that fogs up and has a milky look, Field Fresh Farms uses a clear pillow pack bag that holds 3 to 4 pounds of the company's produce, which includes arugula, spinach, mixed
greens, frisee,
baby greens, cabbage and herbs.
I served this salad
on a bed of crisp
baby greens, but feel free to use it as a dip as I noted above and serve with whole grain tortilla chips.
When we first started him
on baby food, we only fed him vegetables for a while to get his taste buds to appreciate the natural taste of kale, spinach,
green beans, beets, carrots, and zucchini.
But an egg white omelet
on its own is pretty Spartan, although I love the color contrast of bright
green baby spinach and stark white egg whites.
And I stacked two
on a nest of fresh
baby spinach, topping them with a little vegan sour cream and cranberry relish — red is the complementary color of

green food and it might be so.
Serve the salad at room temperature, either
on its own or over a bed of tender spinach or

We had most of everything we needed

The only change I made, was to roast my own chicken legs rather than cold picked over rotisserie, left the bones in, put lots

greens on top of the hot from the oven chicken slightly wilted them and allowed the great vinaigrette to absorb into both the
greens and the hot fingerlings.
At Gramercy Tavern, Campo Rosso winter chicories,
