This warm pea and
baby kale salad with sweet red peppers was inspired by a recipe from LEON, the most amazing, super healthy, fast food restaurant chain in London.
I wanted to feature a flavorful yet healthy one, so I prepared
a baby kale salad with pomegranate dressing.

Fresh juices (I'm a convert), Brussel sprouts and rapini are upstaging
kale (
baby or otherwise), cooked grain
salads, Ramen (it's a second go - round), globally - inspired sandwiches (like Cuban pressed sandwiches) brunch as well as grilled cheese sandwiches, and customized food (even McDonald's is trying to be accommodating), drip coffee (move over Latte, Espresso and Café au Lait) along
with fancy copper drip coffee filter holders (check out Hario Coffee or Kalita).
I used a mixture of organic
baby spinach
with Eat Smart
Salad (contains: carrots, red cabbage,
kale, beet greens, broccoli stalks) and added mandarine.

Salad — Grilled shrimp, slices of avocado, shaved fennel and oranges are served over
baby kale and mixed greens then topped
with a citrus vinaigrette.
Not that I don't love mixed greens
