moved around lots, used relaxations, birth center, felt as if in dream, sang, bath, concentrated on cand le flame, shower, visualizations of warmth filled womb, felt fullness and power

Watch as the
baby bats the
ball to the side — tests the taste with their tongue and uses their developing grip to
move it from their chest and «throw» to the side.
You can do this sitting on a
ball or couch, laying a
baby on your lap or lifting her toward your mouth, but I find that to really get a
baby calm, I tend to walk and
move, then as the
baby soothes, I can slow, and eventually sit.
Once you get your
baby into a position on the
ball that is comfortable for both her and yourself, you can begin to slowly roll her forward and backward, making sure you keep a good grip on her and that she is okay with how far and fast you are
moving her.
The best thing to do is to have a
ball and roll it towards and away from your
baby, which will encourage your
baby to keep his balance while
moving forward and back, and while
moving from one side to the other.
You can do several exercises on an exercise
ball to help encourage
baby to
move along.
An exercise
ball is another great tool that can teach your
baby how to
move their
baby in different directions.
You can also do this sitting on a

move and I think that is a plus as they don't distract the
baby from his sleepy state.

babies all love to bounce to fall asleep (my mom insists that this is because I'm always
moving and never sit still when pregnant so they get used to it).
In the early days, when
baby is crying and you just need to keep
moving to soothe him, your
