baby has mastered rolling back to belly and belly to back and is working on crawling (getting onto hands and knees, pivoting around on the belly in

baby grow stronger and more comfortable in longer periods of belly - down play.
If you have a quilt you don't want to part with, you can always hang it up on a wall for decoration or use it on the floor for
tummy time — when your
baby will have a chance to stretch out and
practice pushing himself up on his arms while supervised.
You'll notice that your
baby will get stronger as she
practices tummy time more often and gets older.
