I began my career sixteen years ago
as a city lawyer in London but after having my children, and discovering the power of touch and the benefits of
baby massage, I left my job and started to teach infant massage and
yoga.
Yoga offers almost
as many benefits for
babies as it does for adults.
I created the Blossom & Berry Nurture Foundation when I was 40 because I wanted to give back all the amazing time, love and energy I had received from my work
