in the midst of this same situation and I find myself «cheating» some nights and not getting my son up to pee
because he looks so peaceful or I'm so tired or this or that... However, he wears «nighttime undies» to
bed (by choice), so we have a
back - up.
But many babies just don't sleep well on the
back, alone,
in a crib, and their tired parents intentionally or inadvertently
bed share
because they're exhausted and desperate for sleep.
That's not to say you should stay
in bed and never exercise or go outside just
because you're pregnant and your

because as anyone who has ever breastfed a newborn
