Immediately upon removing cookie cups from oven, use
the back of a cookie scoop to make an indentation in the cup.
You can also use
the back of a cookie scoop.
I suggest frosting
the backs of ALL the cookies (generously) and when you're finished, just putting them together to make sandwiches.
