Even when buying minimally
processed foods, however, I am continually reminded of how important it is to glance at the list of ingredients
on the
back of a package, even if it's a brand or product you're familiar with.
Now I've got here a list of other
foods that often contain MSGs, and this is not exclusive, there are many more ingredients, but these are some of the most common ones that I've noticed
on the
back of my healthy
processed foods that I have bought lately, or looked at in the stores and decided not to have.

I'm always looking to learn new techniques, especially if it means cutting

on fresh, we are turning our

foods, and people who can't afford fresh
foods then just throw in the towel and go for junk.
Unfortunately,
back then, there was not a great deal of awareness about the
foods we ate, so not too much thought was given to eating
processed foods that were filled with artificial colors and flavorings, not to mention preservatives, though we may have been fortunate in missing out
on the wave of high fructose corn syrup.
But in terms of whether the
food was
processed convenience
food way
back when, my memories of the school cafeteria include canned ravioli, fish sticks
on Friday, hot dogs with B&M baked beans (or alternately the dreaded sauerkraut which made the whole school stink), and I even remember the day when the principal came into the caf to announce that the next day we were going to have a «new» dish — beefaroni!
On Earth, the
process is quite simple: plants supply us with oxygen to breathe and
food to eat; we supply them with carbon dioxide and fertilizer, which they convert
back into oxygen and
food.
Shedding pounds isn't easy, but considering that an estimated 75 percent of our sodium intake comes from store - bought
