I've honestly been so
bad about meal prep lately.
The bf and I plan our entire meals out every weekend so we only have to go food shopping once a week; it really helps making sure we actually cook every night during the week (and then we don't feel
bad about going out on the weekend).
I do buy oranges in the winter and don't feel
bad about it, but it's all about balancing.
Well, early on in my blogging, which wasn't really that long ago so I'm not feeling too
bad about how long it's been, someone asked me about a good Raspberry Yogurt muffin recipe (Hi Alanna!).

So of course my thought pattern led me to thinking of what I could add to it to make it into a breakfast I wouldn't feel

bad about forcing Mr Ltt to «get his plumber on» and get the dishwasher sorted yesterday, because he was working on Saturday and he was grumbling about needing a break, but by giving him a small window of opportunity to get it done before the Formula One was on, he was motivated enough to finish it on time.
We can BUI whilst eating special brownies and not feel
bad about it.
And eat them all for lunch and then feel
bad about myself and then eat some more.
They are super easy to make, and they can be stored in the freezer for those times when you want to satisfy a sweets craving without feeling
bad about it.

bad about eating breakfast, too.
I keep wanting to track my meals but I will 1) forget to update my log 2) feel
bad about something «not so good for me» and not log 3) switch between tangible log and phone log and it becomes confusing.
I am so
bad about nighttime snacking.
