That's such high praise coming from you < 33 Honestly, one of the
worst things
about this dairy free thing is looking at delicious recipes like that RIDICULOUS sundae you just

As far as flops... ugh, I've certainly written a few

worst, though (before I started blogging) involved too - wet bread expanding in the oven, oozing over the edge of the pan and overflowing onto the bottom of the oven like some kind of floury blob monster.
Wanted to
post that a technique that GF Goddess recommends worked well for me — when using a bread machine — immediately remove bread from pan and place in a 350 degree oven for
about 10 minutes and it helps an overly moist loaf to dry out and not sink so
badly.
I'm
posting my first pumpkin recipe of the season and I don't feel one tiny bit
bad about it!
However, being stressed is
