No
phones are «perfect», but a
bad camera is inexcusable in this case.
Usually when an Android
phone maker tells me that a
bad camera can be fixed through a software update, I roll my eyes.
Cheaper
phones with lower resolution sensors, and thus larger photosites, don't have better low light performance; they generally just have
worse cameras.
Indeed, the
phones are made to watch their eyes, so ignoring the display that is somewhat
worse with Pixel, I think the Pixel
camera is better.
This triple -
camera phone is mightily impressive in low - light, operates fast, can do all those fancy software - based Portrait mode background blurs just as
badly as its competition, along with image stabilisation and that intelligent zoom.
All said and done, the two bands at the top and the base and the circular
camera do give the F1 Plus a very «I saw this in a
phone from Cupertino» feel but that is hardly a
bad thing, as the F1 Plus is actually more compact than that worthy, and the gold model we got was definitely quite a looker.
The rear
cameras on the Razer
Phone aren't
bad, but considering the excellent snappers on similarly priced rivals it feels like a real weak point here.
Videos come out a bit shaky as there is no OIS and this is where we feel Vivo should've included EIS at least — not that the videos are too
bad but just that the
phone is
camera - centric, we can not stop expecting a better output.

worst case scenario (and one which unfortunately occurs far too often for comfort), this results in a tonne of bloatware (or superfluous or unnecessary apps) ending up on the device, but in other cases, it gives users access to features that would otherwise have not been available under stock Android — be it the switching off the display when you place the

Results taken from the rear
camera are not
bad, but again there's nothing drastically exceptional compared to earlier Xiaomi

Worse, the Essential
Phone's
camera was very slow to capture and store images; I noticed a spinning circle way too often in the upper right - hand corner after snapping a shot.
Now, the actual
camera in the Spectacles won't match what you get with your iPhone or high - end Android
phone, and the low - light level performance can be straight - up
bad by modern standards.
It's not perfect, but it's also not
