You can freeze it in individually wrapped slices and when at 1 am you have a

bad boy int he microwave for 30 seconds and you've got yourself a treat.

It's the
worst to start
craving something sweet and then to realized that there's nothing you can do about it.

bad» or denied my body.

something out there that decreases appetite, takes away
craving for sweets,
bad carbohydrates and gets rid of sugar spikes which then allows your brain / body to look for healthy food when one becomes hungry NOT JUNK FOOD.
So if people are — are
craving something that, you know, you may consider not to be that healthy, do you find alternatives that will give them that same kinda sensation and feel that maybe have less sugar or less of a — a
bad food in it, a
bad, you know, like gluten or
something like that that's maybe healthier but gives them that same feel and sensation?
Some days I
crave really salty foods for breakfast (and then wonder if that's a sign of
something bad health-wise).
and i used to be constantly hungry and
craving «
something» there can be a number of so called theories — but if it's assisting and helping myself and so many, then I can not see this as a
bad thing.
Nothing is
worse than having a pumpkin shortage when you are
craving something pumpkinly!
It wasn't
something that I used to eat, but I was
