bag of regular organic green tea and boil it keeping a close eye on it so it doesn't overflow, then put it into a glass with some cooler water, add a teaspoon
of;
turmeric, gooseberry
powder, barberry
powder, berberine extract, black pepper, and a couple
of teaspoons
of coffee.
