With so much at stake, it
is crucial
for both manufacturers and retailers to earn and maintain consumers» trust that the food they feed their
pets»
is safe and nutritionally sound — and trust begins in the
bag.
One would hope that after the debacle of 2007 that the
pet food companies would realize when we complain about something in our
pet's food or health issues we don't want a refund of the can or
bag or pouch that we bought --- we want a gurantee of
safe healthy food and
for complaints like these to
be taken seriously, examined and reported back to the
pet parent.
