Another method is holding the
frozen bag under a stream
of warm running
water until the milk is thawed and reaches room temperature.
Since I'm rarely the one to use stored breastmilk, I don't have much experience here, but I know that my husband places the
frozen bag in a bowl
of warm
water for 10 - 20 minutes before using it, and that works fine for him.
All you have to do is hold the bottle or
frozen bag of milk under cool and then warm
water for a few minutes.
To thaw
frozen milk, you can move it to the refrigerator (it takes 24 hours to thaw), then warm by running warm
water over the

I began exploring what was available
