Prepare and
bake pie crust mix as directed on package for a one crust pie.

Mix the dough like you would a
pie crust, then roll it out super, super thin between two sheet of wax paper, then use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into square, dust with cinnamon sugar and then use a really thin metal spatula to scrap the dough up and place it on a
baking sheet.
I think that this is a case of a
mix of the fact that mine never seemed soft (it seemed quite crisp considering it wasn't parbaked, which is why I thought it would be wonderful that other could skip it) and also that, in general, I don't par -
bake bottom
pie crusts.
Once the
mix has chilled to room temp, add to
pie crust and
bake for 45 minutes — 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Baking Mix» by Bob's Red Mill for this
pie!
While this
baking mix crust is still delicious, the «perfect
pie crust» in my eBook is still the best flaky
pie crust I've ever enjoyed.
Peel and chop the pears into bite - size pieces,
mix them in a bowl with lemon juice and rosemary and add to
pie crust, combine brown sugar, oats, butter, flour and salt with a fork (or your hands like me) sprinkle over the pears and
bake!
